Identified - Our email provider is currently experiencing an incident affecting our transactional emails (invites, password resets and verification emails) - https://status.postmarkapp.com/notices/zno1dlxjdjmblc0d-service-issue-outbound-sending-and-inbound-processing-messages-are-being-accepted-and-queued

They have identified the issue and are working on resolving. Emails will be queued and delayed but should send once the incident has been resolved.
